Stage One: Inpatient 30-Day Primary Program
The first stage of the journey of recovery and living a life free from addiction: Our 30-day inpatient program guides you through your detox, after which our teams provide proven therapeutic intervention and coaching.
5-7 Day Medically-Assisted Detoxification Regime
The first stage in any addiction recovery program is clearing your body of the substance of dependence. This is much more effective when facilitated in a hospital environment – therefore, on arrival, our client will be safely transferred to our partner hospital by our professional team for assessment. Once assessed, the doctor who did the assessment will oversee the withdrawal process together with the assistance of the nursing professionals.
Our goal is to make this daunting period of detoxification as comfortable as possible.
Once stabilised, our clients are transferred by our team to Lords of the Manor, where the therapeutic holistic wellness program begins.
Each client’s individual needs are assessed and identified in the strictest confidence by our team of addiction counsellors, social workers, recovery coaches, and a visiting psychiatrist.
Our team works together to give the best care to those in their program.
23 – 25 Days Individual / Group Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
CBT focuses on how our clients think, feel, and understand themselves and the world around them. Identifying behaviours and influences that can be managed, changed, or eliminated, allowing our clients to take control of their responses to outside stimuli or internal dialogue.
Being mindful enables one to become familiar with how the mind works, and actively identify and manage one’s thoughts, actions, and reactions. This helps to release one from old habits and forge a new way of thinking, enabling one to keep moving along the journey of recovery.
From one-on-one therapy to group sessions, our clients are given a platform to process what it was like, where they are now, and where they want to be. Our vision is to see each of our clients grow into their true potential and see that it is entirely possible to live a life free from addiction.
